Do my members need to install an app?
No. Members get their reminders, receipts and welcome message on WhatsApp, which they already have. ManageGym is used by you and your staff, in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer.
Can I use the WhatsApp number my gym already has?
Yes. You connect your gym's WhatsApp Business number once, through Meta's official sign-up, and messages go out from that number with your gym's name. We'll walk you through it on the demo.
Are WhatsApp messages included in the price?
ManageGym's price covers the software. Meta charges some business messages directly to your WhatsApp Business account at its own published rates, so you always see exactly what WhatsApp costs.
What is "my own web address"?
Your gym gets an address like yourgym.managegym.online, showing your gym's name and logo. Only your gym's logins work there.
Can my staff use it without seeing the money?
Yes. As the owner you create a login for each person and tick what they can do: add members, record payments, see payment history, manage plans or machines, chat on WhatsApp. Collection totals on the dashboard are hidden unless you allow them.
We have an old register or an Excel sheet. Can we bring it in?
Yes. Your members can be added with their plan, joining date and what they've paid. On the Elite plan we import your data for you.
How do I pay, and what if I stop?
You pay monthly or yearly, directly to Webilius Technologies. There's no automatic charge. If a renewal is missed, you get reminders, then a few days' grace, and then access pauses. Your data is kept, and everything comes back the moment you renew.
Is our data safe?
Every gym's data is kept separate, and one gym's logins can never reach another's. Passwords are stored hashed, WhatsApp keys are encrypted, every connection uses HTTPS, and two-step login is available on every account. Members can reply STOP to WhatsApp messages at any time.
